The Career Skills Advancement Programme (CSAP) provides access to high-quality national and international professional, technical, and vocational certification and diploma programmes. The programme supports individuals facing barriers to education and economic mobility by enabling them to acquire market-relevant skills for improved employment and income opportunities.

Application package will be sent through email to eligible applicants only.
Applications with incomplete information shall not be processed.
CSAP reserves the right to cancel applications containing incorrect or false information.
The programme is currently open to residents of Pakistan only.
Please attach SSC/O-Level, HSC/A-Level, Graduation and Post-Graduation mark sheets (if available).

What the Programme Supports

Professional Certifications and Diplomas

Skill-Based Training aligned with labour market demand

Support is granted to applicants who demonstrate a clear and realistic plan for employability or career progression through the selected programme.

Eligibility Criteria

Pakistani residents aged 18–35 years
Minimum qualification: Intermediate (Class XII)
Unemployed, underemployed, employed or self-employed individuals
Applicants with a clear and market-relevant education or upskilling plan

Programme Exclusions

CSAP does not support:
Four-year undergraduate degree programmes, postgraduate degree programmes, or any degree-equivalent academic qualifications. These pathways are covered under separate education assistance programmes.
